Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, and crafting customized service proposals. The Business Development Manager will collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives, conduct market analysis, and stay informed about industry trends. Additionally, the role includes overseeing the sales lifecycle, negotiating contracts, and meeting revenue goals.
Qualifications
- Business Development and Sales skills, including lead generation, client engagement, and developing partnerships
- Market Understanding and Analytical skills for identifying trends and creating effective strategies
- Communication and Negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships
- Project Management and Organizational skills to ensure execution of business goals
- Proficiency with CRM tools and other sales tracking software
- Proactive and results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets
- Experience in consulting or talent solutions is a plus
