Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Business Development Manager. The role involves developing strategies to identify and acquire new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and promoting AQMA CERT’s certification and compliance services. Responsibilities also include analyzing market trends, achieving sales targets, creating proposals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project deliveries.
Qualifications
- Experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the certification, compliance, or consultancy industries.
- Strong negotiation, client relationship management, and presentation skills to effectively communicate value propositions.
- Proven ability to research and analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both written and verbal formats to engage with international clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Familiarity with global regulatory standards and certification processes such as CE Marking, SASO/SABER, BIS, or similar frameworks is advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and business analytics tools, alongside basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
