🚨 Hiring Alert – Manager: Business Development (Data & Tech)
📍 Location: Mumbai

Role Overview
We are looking for a Growth Operations / Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth through solution selling, adtech product commercialization, and adoption of data & tech solutions. This role requires a strong blend of commercial acumen and technical understanding of the adtech ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Solution Selling & Revenue Growth
- Own end-to-end sales lifecycle: pipeline building to deal closure
- Develop value propositions and drive RFP responses & proposals
- Identify upsell & cross-sell opportunities across client accounts
🔹 Adtech Sales & Product Commercialization
- Drive sales for adtech solutions (DSPs, attribution, CTV, retail media, etc.)
- Act as an SME for programmatic, social, and digital ecosystems
- Collaborate with product teams on pricing, packaging & GTM strategy
🔹 Data & Clean Room Solutions
- Drive adoption of data clean rooms & first-party data solutions
- Work with platforms like Google, Meta, Amazon for partnerships
- Translate complex data solutions into business impact narratives
🔹 Strategic Operations
- Manage pipeline hygiene, forecasting & CRM discipline
- Work cross-functionally with sales, product & strategy teams
- Represent the organization in client meetings & industry forums
Key Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in Business Development / Adtech Sales
- Strong understanding of Programmatic, CTV, Retail Media & Digital Ecosystem
- Experience in solution selling & revenue generation roles
- Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills
- Ability to handle complex, tech-driven sales conversations
