Role Type: Business Development Leader/ Consultant (Performance-Based)
Work Mode: Remote/ Noida | Full-time (Flexible, High Responsibility Role)
Experience: 3 to 5 years Experienced Candidates Preferred (Mindset & Skills Matter More Than Years)
Income Potential:
First 6 Months Probation period – Execution phase focused on training, team building & Handling, Sales Systems, and performance-based income (No fixed salary/CTC structure)

Key Responsibilities:
Build, manage, and support Sales & Marketing teams
Handle recruitment, candidate coordination, and training support
Generate sales and contribute to achieving business revenue targets
Maintain professional communication with clients and candidates
Support sales growth, client acquisition, and team performance
Help teams solve operational, sales, and execution-related challenges
Track team performance, sales targets, and reporting metrics
Contribute to overall business growth and operational scaling
