Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Chandigarh, India. As a Business Development Manager at Apptunix, you will identify, initiate, and nurture client relationships to drive business growth. Your responsibilities will include generating leads, managing the end-to-end sales cycle, devising and executing growth strategies, and building strong partnerships. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions tailored to client needs. Additionally, you will monitor market trends, meet revenue targets, and provide insights to improve future opportunities.
Qualifications
- Strong business development and sales experience, including client prospecting, relationship management, and lead generation processes
- Expertise in market research, competitor analysis, and strategic planning with a focus on achieving revenue goals
- Proficiency in CRM tools, business analytics, and sales processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
- Knowledge of digital transformation, AI, mobile technologies, or enterprise software development is a bonus
- A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market
