Role Overview
We are looking for a high-energy, strategic, and result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to spearhead our B2B growth engine. As an early member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for identifying target industries, building a robust pipeline of mid-market and enterprise clients, and demonstrating how our Voice AI infrastructure can radically optimize their operations.

Key Responsibilities
Pipeline Generation: Identify, prospect, and qualify high-potential B2B leads across sectors like Fintech, E-commerce, Edtech, Logistics, and Customer Support agencies.
Consultative Selling: Conduct deep-dive discovery calls to understand prospects' current call-center/operational bottlenecks and articulate the value of Caller.digital’s custom Voice AI solutions.
Product Demonstrations: Deliver compelling live demos of our voice agents, showcasing sub-second latency, human-like tonal quality, and seamless system integrations.
Deal Closure: Own the entire sales cycle from outbound outreach and initial pitch to commercial negotiation and closing.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with our Product and Engineering teams to relay market feedback, ensuring client requirements for specific workflows or linguistic nuances are integrated into the product roadmap.
Account Growth: Monitor post-onboarding client performance and usage metrics to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 3–6 years of proven experience in B2B SaaS sales, technology consulting, or enterprise business development (experience in AI, automation, or cloud communications space is a massive plus).
Tech-Savvy Mindset: Comfortable discussing technical concepts like APIs, webhooks, LLMs, and operational workflows with CTOs, COOs, and product heads.
Communication Mastery: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You must be highly articulate, persuasive, and comfortable navigating complex business discussions.
Execution Focus: A self-starter who treats their territory/pipeline like their own business. You are driven by targets and possess a relentless tracking and follow-up discipline.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in an agile, rapidly evolving startup culture where processes are being built in real-time.
