Role Description
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with potential clients and builders, and negotiating agreements to achieve sales targets. The role involves market analysis, client engagement, and ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders. This is a full-time on-site role, located in the Pune Division, requiring a proactive and results-driven professional.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales, Business Development, and Relationship Management
- Strong Negotiation, Communication, and Interpersonal Skills
- Knowledge of Real Estate Market and Client-Centric Sales Strategies
- Ability to Conduct Market Research and Competitor Analysis
- Experience in Networking with Builders and Clients
- Proficiency in CRM tools and reporting software
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in real estate or related industries is a plus
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
