Deputy Manager – Business Development
Responsibilities:
· Identify and generate new contacts and leads including getting references through existing clients
· Lead the initial meetings and coordinate with prospect clients. Inspire the prospect client, fostering the company’s offerings for effective compliance service delivery
· Coordinate with Manager for new enquiries
· Proposal and negotiation
· Internal work orders generation
· New client implementation support
· Sharing draft contracts with clients and follow up for completed agreement / POs.
· CRM tool updations and tracking business at regular intervals.
· Analyse the current business, its growth rate, lead time, future trend, financial projections.
· Providing Market feedback to Market Research and Market Strategy team
· Providing new market requirements to internal stake holders
· Follow up on billing and invoice clearance with client and internal stake holders for contributing to financial excellence.
· Explore and implement process automation to enhance the efficiency of sales lead time.
Qualification & Experience:
· Any Post Graduate.
· Familiarity with relevant marketing and Sales function.
· Minimum 3 Years of experience in related activities (Desirable)
