Alliance Business Overview:
This is one of the key levers of growth for Aparajitha. In this GTM vertical we extensively rely on our Partners to reach the Enteprise Prospects. We have identified 4 types of Partner Organizations:
1. Big Audit/CA firms
2. Law Firms
3. Payroll consulting and Payroll as Services companies
4. HRMS and Payroll product companies
The Alliance business strategy is to establish strategic alliances with each of the four segments listed above. The strategic alliance is a win-win relationship for both Aparajitha and our partner; we must work together to ensure the partnership succeeds in the market. Along with Strategic alliances, we also serve many tactical alliances with partners who give us leads for their customers' compliance business.
The JD for the role is : To scale the strategic alliances business with complete ownership.
1. Onboard the partner by demonstrating value to them. Assess if this can become a strategic partnership.
2. Build trust and engage with multiple stakeholders in the partner entity
3. Meet the CXOs and convert the contract into strategic partnership
4. Acquire 50% + of the partner's customers into Aparajitha services
What are we looking in the candidate:
1. Exceptional communication and persuasion skills: Can manage conversations at the CXO level.
2. Nothing can replace the hard work of researching and meeting the prospective Partner organization.
3. Problem Solver: How can we create value for the partner organization; Why a particular Partnership will work and where to invest
4. Revenue Oriented: Scale the business
5. Be the advocate for the Partner community inside Aparajitha
6. Minimum of three years of experience in Partnership or revenue generation roles. Enterprise B2B exposure is preferable.
