Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Bhopal. The role involves identifying growth opportunities, building relationships with clients, negotiating partnerships, and creating strategic business plans. The Business Development Manager will work closely with internal teams to implement sales and marketing initiatives while tracking key performance indicators to ensure business growth. This position also includes attending networking events, presenting services to potential clients, and collaborating with stakeholders to expand the company’s reach.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Client Relationship Management
- Experience in Market Research, Data Analysis, and Competitor Analysis
- Excellent Negotiation, Communication, and Presentation skills
- Proficiency in Strategic Planning, Partnership Building, and Account Management
- Adaptability, Problem-Solving, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant experience in travel, tourism, or related industries is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage)
