Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position as a Business Development Manager located in Mulshi. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and creating growth strategies. Responsibilities include market analysis, prospecting potential customers, preparing proposals, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business goals. The position also requires monitoring industry trends to ensure the company stays competitive and innovative.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Strategic Planning
  • Proficiency in Market Research, Data Analysis, and Sales Forecasting
  • Experience in Negotiation, Presentation, and Communication
  • Knowledge of the plastic manufacturing industry or a related field is an advantage
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline; MBA is a plus
  • Proven experience in achieving sales and revenue targets
