Role Overview
We are on a growth path and looking to substantially grow our business. We are looking for business development managers who can take target achievement commitments and have track record of being achievers in networking and network security domain
The selected candidate will be responsible for end-to-end business development activities, including:
- Generating leads and identifying new business opportunities
- Contacting customers and building strong relationships
- Understanding customer requirements and analysing their network architecture
- Preparing solution strategies using AnexGATE’s products and solutions, in collaboration with our technical team
- Drafting and sending proposals tailored to client needs
- Discussing and negotiating pricing with customers
- Closing deals and securing orders to achieve business targets
Qualifications
- Proven experience in selling network security appliances or similar solutions
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets in IT/networking/security domains
- Deep understanding of VPN, SD-WAN, and enterprise connectivity solutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred
Compensation
- Salary package: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 CTC per month
- Structure: 60:40 fixed-to-variable ratio (performance-driven rewards)
