We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth in the US market, with a primary focus on MEPF Design & BIM Services.
This is a full-cycle sales role, where you will:
- Build relationships with MEP consultants, engineering firms, design teams and contractors
- Position Analemma Group as a trusted offshore partner / extended team
- Drive new business and expand existing accounts
Experience: 6 to 9 years of relevant experience in Sales and Business development in AEC industry
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the complete sales cycle and lead business development managing end-to-end lead generation and client acquisition
- Build and manage CRM pipeline, improving lead tracking, follow-ups, and conversion visibility
- Generated qualified leads/month through outbound and inbound lead generation strategies, supporting global client acquisition and pipeline growth
- Develop long-term relationships with decision-makers (principals, partners, PMs)
- Position Analemma Group as a reliable extended team, not just a vendor
- Create custom proposals and engagement models
- Collaborate with delivery teams to define scope, timelines, and pricing
- Drive account growth, repeat business, and client retention
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and industry interactions and events
What We’re Looking For:
Must-Have
- Proven experience in selling services to US clients (AEC / engineering preferred)
- Strong understanding of MEP consulting and BIM workflows and project lifecycle
- Ability to manage end-to-end sales independently
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage technical stakeholders and firm leadership
- Experience in proposal writing, pricing, and negotiations
- Hands on experience with HubSpot, Zoho CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo AI
- Ownership attitude
Good to Have:
- Exposure to offshore / extended team delivery models
- Existing network in US AEC industry
What Success Looks Like (First 6 Months)
- Strong pipeline of qualified MEP consultant opportunities
- 2-4 new client wins (consultants or design firms)
- Establishment of long-term accounts with repeat potential
- Clear pipeline visibility and consistent deal progression
