Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager. Based in New Delhi, the role requires balancing in-office work with remote tasks as needed. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and managing sales pipelines. The Business Development Manager will develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets, conduct market research to identify trends, and collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and foster business growth.
Qualifications
- Experience in business development, client relationship management, and sales strategy.
- Skills in market research, identifying trends, and analyzing competitive landscapes.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage and grow sales pipelines effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and digital tools to track sales and client interactions.
- Initiative, results-driven mindset, and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience in the stone or construction materials industry is an added advantage.
- Flexibility to travel for client meetings and business opportunities, as required.
