Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Business Development Manager based in Bengaluru. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth. Daily responsibilities include developing and implementing business strategies, conducting market research, meeting potential clients, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Business Strategy, Market Research, and Strategic Planning
- Proficiency in Client Relationship Management and Account Management
- Sales, Negotiation, and Communication skills
- Analytical Thinking and Problem-Solving abilities
- Familiarity with the electronics or automation industry is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Proven experience in developing and growing business in a competitive market
- Ability to work independently in an on-site environment
