We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager- Telecom Solutions to join our 5G and Communication Business Unit.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience
- Minimum 5 years in Business Development with telecom domain companies (MNOs, OEMs, Telecom service providers)
- Strong understanding of telecom industry trends, market dynamics, and customer needs
- B.Tech/B.E degree required, MBA preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Lead response strategies for proposals, including development, review, competitive positioning, and pricing decisions
- Develop and nurture strong customer relationships to drive business growth in the telecom sector
- Create and deliver compelling solution pitches, RFP/RFI responses, and sales presentations
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to sell telecom solutions and services
- Build value propositions that align customer needs with our company's offerings
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of telecom solutions including 4G, 5G technologies, and related communication systems
- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to understand complex telecom solutions and translate them for client needs
- Strong project management skills to handle multiple opportunities simultaneously
