Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Business Development Manager, located in the Greater Delhi Area. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and develop strategic plans to achieve growth goals. Responsibilities include prospecting potential clients, delivering compelling pitches, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and analyzing market trends to drive expansion initiatives. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align business strategies with client needs and representing Altawon at industry events and forums.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Business Development, Lead Generation, and Proposal Development
- Experience in Client Relationship Management, Networking, and Partnership Building
- Strategic thinking and Market Analysis skills, with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Strong skills in Negotiation, Communication, and Presentation
- Proficiency in Sales Tools, CRM Systems, and Data Reporting
- Ability to work independently, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in media or public relations industries is a significant advantage
