Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Lucknow. The individual will proactively identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and develop strategies to drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include managing sales pipelines, negotiating contracts, generating leads, and fostering ongoing partnerships with clients. The position requires collaboration with the sales and marketing teams while staying updated with market trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience in lead generation and relationship management
- Knowledge of market research, business strategy, and competitor analysis
- Effective communication and presentation skills to engage clients and stakeholders
- Proficiency in CRM tools and business reporting systems
- Ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and ensure timely follow-ups
- Familiarity with the construction or building materials industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
