Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM)
Location: Bengaluru (Koramangala) - Work from Office
Experience: 3 - 4 Years
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth for our AI services and business. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in IT services sales, cloud solutions, or AI Solution offerings, mandatory exposure to international markets (USA & Europe)
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities in IT services, cloud, and AI solutions
- Drive the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Engage with and manage international clients (USA & Europe) through calls, emails, and virtual meetings
- Build and maintain strong global client relationships and partnerships
- Work closely with technical teams to create tailored solution proposals
- Conduct client presentations, demos, and negotiations across time zones
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Maintain a strong pipeline and ensure consistent follow-ups and conversions
- Collaborate with marketing for global lead generation campaigns and outreach
- Stay updated on international market trends, client expectations, and competition
Required Skills & Experience
- 3 - 4 years of experience in AI / IT services / technology sales
- Proven experience working with international clients (USA & Europe preferred)
- Experience in selling Cloud solutions (AWS/Azure), DevOps, or AI services
- Strong understanding of B2B and enterprise sales cycles
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) with global clients
- avaiability to work in overlapping time zones of UK & USA
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to understand technical solutions and position business value
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (BE) + MBA in Marketing (preferred)
