About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Call Centre Business Development Manager to scale our outbound sales operations. You will be responsible for building strategic sales pipelines, converting leads into signed clients, and driving revenue growth while managing and mentoring a team of telephone sales agents.
Key responsibilities
Pipeline generation
Drive outbound sales initiatives by identifying, prospecting, and qualifying cold/warm leads via phone, email, and physical outreach.
Sales strategy
Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies to tap into new markets, pitch products/services, and close high-value deals.
Client relationship management
Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospects and new clients, offering tailored solutions that address their business needs.
Communication
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills required to engage clients and stakeholders at all levels.
Requirements
Qualification: MBA
Experience: Minimum 1 year as a BDM/Sales Manager in a call center sales role
