Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Strategy: Architect and implement multi-channel outreach strategies to identify and engage high-value prospects within the BPO, KPO, and insurance domains.
End-to-End Lead Management: Manage the full lead lifecycle, from initial discovery and qualification to final closing and handover.
Market R&D: Conduct deep-dive research and analysis on target markets, industry trends, and competitor movements to identify untapped lead sources.
Pipeline Optimization: Build and maintain a consistent, high-velocity sales pipeline, ensuring all demand management targets are met or exceeded.
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective clients, delivering compelling presentations and high-stakes negotiations that align with our service offerings.
Revenue Growth: Take ownership of conversion metrics and revenue targets, identifying opportunities for upsells and strategic partnerships.
What We Are Looking For
· Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven success in business development or sales within the BPO, KPO, or insurance sectors.
· Lead Mastery: Expert-level skills in lead management and lead closing; you aren't just an opener, you are a closer.
· Analytical Mindset: A strong background in R&D and lead profiling—you know how to find the "needle in the haystack."
