Key Responsibilities:- Drive sales and business development across residential, commercial, and institutional segments
- Develop and manage relationships with system integration partners and channel ecosystem
- Engage with developers, consultants, architects, and PMCs to ensure product specification in projects
- Promote AI-enabled CCTV solutions across verticals such as Healthcare (Hospitals), Hotels & Hospitality, and Commercial spaces
- Support partners in tendering, techno-commercial proposals, and project bidding
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and key accounts
- Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and solution positioning
- Track project pipelines and ensure conversion with partner coordination
Desired Candidate Profile:- Experience: 4–6 years in sales/business development within CCTV, Access Control, VDP, or related ELV systems
- Age: Preferably up to 35 years
- Qualification: B.Tech / B.Sc. / Bachelor's Degree. Competency in using tech systems including AI.
- Strong understanding of project-based sales and specification-driven business
- Exposure to AI-based surveillance solutions will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
- Ability to work with multi-stakeholder ecosystems and long sales cycles
