We are looking for a driven and strategic Business Development Manager to join our team in Riyadh.
If you have a strong background in business development and a passion for identifying growth opportunities, building solid partnerships, and driving revenue — this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Conduct market research and analyze trends
- Develop business strategies and proposals
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Business Development
- Mandatory experience in Marketing Agencies (Agency background is required)
- Proven track record in sales growth and client acquisition
- Strong knowledge of market research and strategic planning
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
