Akssai Projexel is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Sales Manager with strong B2B sales experience in the Fintech industry to drive strategic growth and revenue expansion.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end B2B sales cycle (lead generation to closure)
- Identify and onboard new enterprise and corporate clients
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Build strong client relationships and partnerships
- Manage high-value negotiations and deal closures
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams for market penetration
- Track sales performance, pipeline, and forecasting
🔹 Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of B2B sales experience (Fintech preferred)
- Proven track record in enterprise/solution sales
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience in handling corporate clients & key accounts
- Target-oriented and self-driven professional
- Immediate joiners or short notice candidates preferred
