Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Indore. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market analysis, creating strategic growth plans, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align business goals, delivering presentations, and representing the organization at industry events and meetings.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Business Development, Lead Generation, and Client Relationship Management
- Ability to perform Market Analysis and develop strategic business growth plans
- Outstanding Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Proficiency in Sales Strategy and achieving measurable targets
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Experience in the aviation or training industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Proficiency in relevant business software and tools
