Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven Business Development Manager -to drive new business acquisition through proactive outbound calling, lead nurturing, and deal closures. The role focuses on identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and consistently achieving revenue targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1–6 years of experience in outbound sales or business development
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Proven ability in convincing, objection handling, and closing deals
Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under KPIs
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and proactive approach
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in cold calling and lead generation
Experience in B2B or service-based sales
