Role Description
We are looking for a Business Development Manager who can drive growth, build strong partnerships, and expand Airth’s presence across key markets. This role is ideal for someone who understands the urgency of clean air solutions and can translate that into impactful business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across B2B and B2C segments
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, institutions, and channel partners
- Drive sales closures and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets
- Collaborate with marketing to execute growth campaigns and lead generation strategies
- Educate potential clients about air quality challenges and Airth’s solutions
- Track market trends, competitors, and customer insights to refine sales strategy
Who Should Apply
- 1+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships
- B.Tech graduates preferred (especially Mechanical, Environmental, or related fields)
- Prior experience in filtration, clean air, HVAC, or air purification industry is a strong plus
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
