We’re Hiring: Business Development Manager / Product Demo Specialist (4+ Years Experience)
Airial Travel is a US-based AI company transforming how travel agents operate through AI-powered tools and automation.
We’re looking for confident, high-conviction sales professionals who can run impactful product demos, build trust quickly, and close high-quality leads in a fast-growing startup environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Conduct live product demos via Google Meet, Zoom or in-person
- Understand agent requirements and tailor presentations accordingly
- Explain product value with clarity and confidence
- Handle objections and drive conversions toward payment
- Manage post-demo communication, pricing discussions, follow-ups and closure
- Maintain accurate lead updates and pipeline tracking in Notion/CRM
- Work closely with the founding team on sales strategy inputs.
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in Sales, SaaS Sales, Business Development, or Demo-based selling
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Strong consultative selling and closing abilities
- Confidence in handling live demos and customer conversations
- Organized, proactive, and execution-focused mindset
- Ability to understand customer pain points and position solutions effectively
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment
