*We’re Hiring: Sales Lead | Aifer Education Pvt. Ltd., Calicut*
Aifer Education, Kerala’s leading institute for competitive exam coaching, is looking for a *dynamic and result-oriented Sales Lead* to drive admissions, lead the sales team, and strengthen our student outreach initiatives.
**Role Highlights:**
* Lead and guide the admissions & sales team to achieve targets
* Drive student enquiries, conversions, and admission growth
* Monitor sales performance and implement improvement strategies
* Coordinate with Marketing, Academic, and Operations teams
* Build strong relationships with prospective students and stakeholders
Requirements:
* Minimum *2+ years of experience in leading sales teams*
* Experience in *EdTech or service sector* will be preferred
* Strong leadership, communication, and conversion skills
*Location:* Chevayur, Calicut
*Work Schedule:* Monday – Saturday (Second Saturday & Sundays Off)
