🚀 We're Hiring | Business Development Manager – Pan India Coverage 🚀
Agile Bioscience Private Limited is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to drive business expansion and strengthen client relationships across the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and biopharmaceutical industries throughout India.
📍 Location: South India
🌏 Coverage: Pan India
🏢 Position: Business Development Manager
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Drive business growth by identifying and developing opportunities across India.
✔ Establish and maintain relationships with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, CDMO, and biopharmaceutical companies.
✔ Promote Agile Bioscience's advanced analytical characterization, bioanalytical, and biologics development services.
✔ Engage with R&D, Analytical Development, Quality, Regulatory, and Procurement teams to understand customer requirements.
✔ Manage the complete business development cycle from lead generation to project closure.
✔ Achieve sales targets while contributing to the strategic growth of the organization.
✔ Collaborate with scientific teams to develop customized technical and commercial proposals.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
🔹 Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biochemistry, or related disciplines.
🔹 5–10 years of experience in Business Development, Technical Sales, or Scientific Marketing within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, or analytical services sector.
🔹 Strong understanding of biologics, biosimilars, peptides, proteins, monoclonal antibodies, oligonucleotides, and analytical characterization services.
🔹 Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
🔹 Willingness to travel extensively across India.
