Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager at our Bathinda location. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, analyzing market trends, and developing strategies to drive growth. The role also involves preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Market Analysis
- Experience in Sales Strategy, Contract Negotiation, and Proposal Development
- Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills
- Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and preparing detailed reports
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in the glass or construction materials industry is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to a dynamic business environment
