🔍 About the Role
AG Elevators is looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to expand our market presence, generate leads, and build strong client relationships in the elevator industry. If you have a passion for sales and growth, we want to hear from you.
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential & commercial segments
- Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, architects, and contractors
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth project execution
✅ Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales/business development
- Experience in the elevator or construction industry is preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Must own a 2-wheeler for field visits
- Laptop & professional appearance (blazer) required
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
🎓 Educational Qualification
- BE/B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
