Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Jaipur. The Business Development Manager will drive growth by identifying and building business opportunities, developing and nurturing client relationships, and negotiating and finalizing agreements. They will also collaborate with internal teams, conduct market research to identify trends, and develop strategies to promote services and achieve business targets.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in sales, negotiation, and client relationship management
- Experience in market research, business growth strategy development, and analytics
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Proven ability to meet targets and work effectively in a results-driven environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Familiarity with or interest in the aviation industry is an advantage
- Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset
