Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Gurgaon. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential and existing clients, and driving revenue growth. Regular tasks include market research, formulating and implementing strategic plans, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals. This position also involves tracking industry trends to identify new verticals for growth and ensuring long-term partnerships with clients.
Qualifications
- Client relationship management skills, strong networking abilities, and a proven track record of building and maintaining partnerships
- Strategic thinking, business planning, and market research expertise for identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities
- Proficiency in negotiation, contract management and revenue forecasting
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas to clients and stakeholders
- Experience with performance marketing, digital advertising and understanding of Affiliate Marketing, E-commerce, and Lead Generation is preferred
- Ability to work on-site in Gurgaon and collaborate across diverse teams
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required; an MBA is a plus
- Experience in a business development role, preferably in the performance marketing, advertising, or technology industries.
