Location: Onsite, Sector 67, Gurgaon (WFH option available for the right candidate from a different city)

Experience Required: 2–3 years (Mandatory – Influencer Marketing / Digital Marketing industry)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to join our Influencer Marketing team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the influencer marketing industry and a strong network of brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, approach, and onboard new brands for influencer marketing campaigns
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with brand clients
• Understand client objectives and propose customized influencer marketing solutions
• Coordinate with internal campaign and creator teams to ensure smooth execution
• Negotiate commercials and close deals
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Provide regular updates and reports on pipeline and conversions

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in Business Development within influencer marketing / digital marketing agency
• Proven track record of onboarding brands and generating revenue
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Existing brand network is a plus
• Self-driven and target-oriented
