Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager, based in Mumbai. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. The role includes market research, client acquisition, managing relationships with stakeholders, and tracking key metrics to meet and exceed sales targets. Additionally, the individual will play a critical role in designing and implementing business strategies to ensure sustainable growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Business Development, Client Acquisition, and Relationship Management
- Strong skills in Strategic Planning, Market Research, and Negotiation
- Proven experience in Sales, Revenue Generation, and developing Growth Strategies
- Excellent Communication, Networking, and Presentation skills
- Ability to analyze data and track performance metrics effectively
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
