Business Development Manager – Factory Partnerships

Product: Prodlytics – Factory Analytics and Productivity Monitoring Platform
Location: Delhi NCR / Pan-India (Remote networking + field visits as needed)
Role Type: Performance-based, Commission-only (with path to fixed salary full time job)
Role Overview
We are hiring a Business Development Manager whose primary responsibility is to connect us with factories and arrange 7-day free demos of our factory analytics platform, Prodlytics.
Your job is simple: network with factory owners, managers, and decision-makers, pitch the 7-day free demo, and get them to agree. You earn commissions for every successful 7-day demo based on the number of workers recorded during that period.
High earning potential: A single 200-worker factory demo gets you ₹25,000. Close 3 such factories in a month, and you earn ₹75,000.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and approach factory owners, directors, plant heads, HR, or production managers across Delhi NCR and India
• Pitch the 7-day free demo of Prodlytics factory analytics platform
• Facilitate introductions and coordinate between factory decision-makers and our operations team
• Ensure the factory agrees to allow 7 days of worker recording/monitoring on the shopfloor
• Support coordination during pre-demo and demo period (scheduling, permissions, logistics)
• Maintain a tracker of factories contacted, demo status, and closures
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with factory partners
Your Commission (per successful 7-day demo):
- 50 workers factory = ₹8,000
- 100 workers factory = ₹15,000
- 150 workers factory = ₹20,000
- 200 workers factory = ₹25,000
- 250 workers factory = ₹30,000
- 300 workers factory = ₹35,000
- 350 workers factory = ₹40,000
- 400 workers factory = ₹45,000
- 500 workers factory = ₹50,000
Table 1: Commission for each 7-day factory demo
Example earnings:
• Close 1 factory with 100 workers = ₹15,000
• Close 2 factories with 200 workers each = ₹50,000
• Close 5 factories (mix of 100–250 workers) = ₹1,00,000+
Payment terms:
• Commission paid within 15 working days after demo completion and worker count verification
• Worker count verified by our team based on actual recordings during the 7-day period
Growth Path – Fixed Salary Offer (₹12 Lakh Per Annum)
Milestone: 3,000 Total Workers Recorded
When you successfully network factories and complete demos covering a cumulative total of 3,000 workers (across all factories), you will be offered a full-time position with:
• Fixed Annual Salary: ₹12,00,000 per annum (₹12 Lakh)
• Designation: Business Development Manager (Full-Time)
• New incentive structure and benefits (detailed in the full-time offer letter)
• Commission structure will cease upon acceptance of the full-time role
Path to full-time:
• 3,000 workers = roughly 15 factories averaging 200 workers each
• Or 10 factories averaging 300 workers each
• At ₹25,000 per 200-worker factory, you'd earn ₹3 lakh in commissions and transition to fixed salary

• Experience in B2B sales, industrial networking, or factory/manufacturing sector is a plus (but not mandatory)
