Designation: Business Development - Cloud Sales
Location: Chennai
About the role:
Selling cloud services for Enterprise sector such as cloud consumption, cloud
transformation and modernization, Private cloud and cloud managed services for
domestic India
Key Role
1.Will be responsible for forming cloud strategies and methods specific to driving the
Sales plan for respective territory. The candidate will be target orientated and should
have key connections in the respective geo’s
2.Will be responsible to meet Sales Quota on regular intervals and able to qualify for
incentive programs. Will be responsible for ensuring that he/she meets territory
quota and highly motivated to drive both NN & EN accounts.
3. Will be responsible for setting-up framework for developing and optimizing
outcome, setting new methods. Will be responsible for driving Sales agenda to
ensure that the KPIs are fulfilled intime.
4.Will be responsible for selling Writer’s Intellics cloud services, hyper-scale cloud
services like azure/AWS. CDS - BU offering like, Security & Infrastructure services will
be additional KRA.
5. Competency Assessment and Capability creation at the team level
6. Sales experience handling Industry verticals such as BFSI , Manufacturing, CMT, or
FMCG, Emerging SMB customers.
7.Good connect with CIO/CTO of the respective territory is must 7. should be able to build GTM plan for the business. Right Person
Qualification &Experience
1. B. Tech / Postgraduate with a major in Sales /Marketing Management
2.Total Experience: 10-12 Years in sales business development in IT field
3.Last 5 years in the cloud selling field
4.Selling experience in Cloud, Infrastructure Services
5.Knowledge of Techno-commercial technical understanding and Solution Consulting
of Sizing/planning/prerequisites for specific products
6.Has Execution excellence, Internal Stakeholder Management Skills, People
Leadership, Assertiveness, Business Acumen, Coaching Skills
7. Excellent Relationship with key CIO/CTO in the respective region- India Business

9. Withstand pressure and contributes as a team player
