Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role located in Jaipur. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, and developing strong client relationships. They will also work on creating tailored solutions for clients, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to fulfill customer and company goals. The role entails analyzing market trends, preparing business proposals, and achieving sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
Qualifications
- Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, client acquisition, and negotiation.
- Experience in market research, competitive analysis, and creating business strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in managing CRM software or sales tracking systems.
- Familiarity with D2C businesses, e-commerce, and SaaS platforms is a plus.
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaboratively achieve business goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
