Role Description
As a Business Development Manager, you will oversee identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals, lead client presentations, negotiate contracts, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, requiring strong interpersonal and analytical skills to drive strategic growth for the company.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Business Development and Sales with an ability to identify, approach, and close new business opportunities.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a client-focused approach.
- Strong strategic thinking, market research, and competitive analysis abilities.
- Demonstrated organizational and project management skills to oversee complex projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and experience with industry-standard business development practices.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
- Previous experience in interior solutions, design, or construction industries is highly desirable.
