We are actively hiring a result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) for a leading organization in the Skill Development sector.
If you have strong experience in government projects, CSR partnerships, livelihood initiatives, and training programs, this opportunity is for you.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
* Lead business development initiatives within the Skill Development ecosystem
* Identify and secure new projects, partnerships, and training mandates
* Build strong relationships with Government Departments, Corporates, and Implementation Agencies
* Manage end-to-end proposal development including presentations and negotiations
* Coordinate closely with operations and training teams for smooth project execution
* Drive revenue growth and expansion across new states and regions
🔹 Required Expertise
* Proven track record in Skill Development Projects
* Strong project acquisition and partnership development capability
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
* Strong presentation and proposal pitching expertise
* In-depth understanding of CSR projects and funding mechanisms
* Working knowledge of NSDC guidelines, compliance, and operational frameworks
* Experience handling Government, Livelihood, or Training Projects preferred
* Ability to manage multi-location operations and cross-functional teams
🔹 Travel Requirement
The role requires frequent travel across states based on business and project needs.
