Qualifications
• Graduate / Postgraduate degree in any field
• 3–10 years experience in Business Development or Client Acquisition
• Experience in Recruitment, Staffing, or HR Consulting preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to build and manage client relationships
• Target-driven and proactive mindset
