Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Mumbai. The Business Development Manager will identify new business opportunities, establish relationships with clients, and develop tailored strategies to meet client needs. Responsibilities include market research, pipeline building, setting sales targets, negotiating contracts, and maintaining client relationships to drive sustainable growth. Collaboration with internal teams to align solutions with client requirements will also be a core part of the role.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in business development, lead generation, and client relationship management
- Strong skills in market research and strategic planning
- Experience in negotiating contracts and closing deals
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite
- Experience or knowledge in healthcare recruitment strategies is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
