Role Description
We are seeking a business development manager for a full-time, on-site position in the Greater Delhi Area. The role involves identifying and developing business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving customer acquisition. Key responsibilities include creating and implementing strategic business plans, negotiating and closing deals, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with internal teams to drive service delivery excellence. The role demands active participation in client engagement, networking with potential partners, and identifying opportunities to expand service offerings.
Qualifications
- Strong business development, client acquisition, and relationship management skills
- Proficiency in market analysis, sales strategies, and negotiation practices
- Experience in project and stakeholder management to ensure seamless service delivery
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Understanding of global immigration processes and services (preferred but not mandatory)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Relevant industry certification or prior experience in the immigration consulting sector is a plus
