Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Business Development Manager. The primary responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining long-term client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The role also involves creating strategies to expand the company’s client base, leading negotiations, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong business development, sales strategy, and client acquisition skills
- Proficiency in market research, negotiation, and strategic planning
- Effective communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience in managing and growing client accounts within the B2B industry
- Proven ability to achieve revenue targets and work within defined budgets
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
- Knowledge or experience in exhibition stand design and construction is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
