Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive B2B growth, caf partnerships, and franchise expansion. The role involves working closely with founders and core teams to scale business operations across India.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard cafs, hotels, restaurants, and corporate clients
- Close deals for green beans and roasted coffee supply
- Develop caf collaboration and revenue-sharing models
- Generate and convert FOCO franchise leads
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Key Requirements
- 68 years of experience in HoReCa, FMCG, or hospitality sales
- Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills
- Understanding of caf operations or specialty coffee (preferred)
- Willingness to travel extensively across India
