We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive sales growth and expand business opportunities within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B Sales and Business Development, preferably within the Building Materials, Construction, or HORECA industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, dealers, architects, contractors, and channel partners
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the market
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and negotiations
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction
- Travel within the assigned territory for client visits and business development activities
Requirements:
- 3–8 years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development
- Experience in Building Materials, Construction, or HORECA industry preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented approach
- Willingness to travel for business requirements
- Two-wheeler and mobile phone required
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 In-hand + Incentives
Location: Goa / Mangalore
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
