Business Development Manager – Hotel Onboarding

### **The Role**
We are looking for a result-oriented **Business Development Manager** to lead our hotel acquisition and onboarding efforts across Uttar Pradesh. You will be responsible for expanding the 4everStay network by identifying high-potential hotels and studio apartments, negotiating partnerships, and ensuring a smooth transition for new properties onto our platform.
### **Key Responsibilities**
* **Property Acquisition:** Actively scout and pitch 4everStay’s value proposition to hotel owners and property managers in key UP markets.
* **Lead Generation:** Build a robust pipeline of potential partners through cold calling, field visits, and networking.
* **Onboarding:** Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including property verification, content gathering (photos/amenities), and training partners on our booking system.
* **Negotiation:** Secure the best commercial terms and inventory commitments to ensure 4everStay remains competitive.
* **Market Intelligence:** Monitor local travel trends and competitor activity to identify new growth areas within the state.
### **Requirements**
* **Experience:** 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Hotel Front Office/Sales. Freshers with exceptional communication skills and a passion for hospitality may be considered.
* **Industry Knowledge:** Familiarity with the local hospitality landscape in Uttar Pradesh is a significant advantage.
* **Skills:** Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Must be comfortable with field sales and travel.
* **Tech Savvy:** Ability to use basic CRM tools and smartphone applications for reporting and property listing.
* **Language:** Fluency in Hindi and professional proficiency in English.
