Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in New Delhi. The individual will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, establishing and nurturing long-term partnerships, and driving sales growth. Responsibilities include market research, identifying customer needs, negotiating contracts, improving customer relationships, and creating strategic plans to meet revenue targets. The role also involves closely working with cross-functional teams to align business development efforts with company goals while contributing to the overall growth and positive impact of the business.
Qualifications
- Strong business development, sales, and networking skills with a proven track record in achieving revenue targets
- Experience in conducting market research, identifying opportunities, and developing strategic growth plans
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to work on-site in a team-oriented environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is a plus
