Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Gurgaon. The Business Development Manager will identify and cultivate new business opportunities, build and nurture relationships with corporate clients, and develop proposals that align with client needs. The role will include strategizing growth initiatives, attending networking events to expand reach, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. The successful candidate will also analyze market trends and provide insights that contribute to the organization's expansion and competitiveness.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to strategize and execute growth initiatives
- Familiarity with market analysis and ability to interpret trends
- Experience in the emotional wellbeing or employee assistance sector is a plus
- Strong organizational and leadership qualities
- Proven ability to meet targets and deliver results
- Relevant degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
